SHAY FITGERALD
Client Services Associate
Shay Fitzgerald joined The Fiduciary Group in 2025 as a Client Services Associate, where she supports the firm’s advisors and portfolio management team in delivering attentive, high-quality service to clients. She assists with account setup and maintenance, prepares reports for portfolio review meetings, coordinates client and advisor meetings, and works closely with the firm’s trading team to ensure client investment instructions are carried out efficiently.
Before transitioning into wealth management, Shay worked as a speech-language pathologist in the healthcare field, helping patients recover from strokes, brain injuries, and other communication disorders. That experience shaped her thoughtful and relationship-focused approach to client service. She brings a strong commitment to communication, organization, and collaboration, along with a genuine interest in building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families the firm serves.
Shay holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University. Shortly after joining The Fiduciary Group, she passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65).
Originally drawn to roles centered on helping others, Shay values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a team focused on thoughtful, long-term financial stewardship. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, exploring Savannah’s growing restaurant scene, and spending time with her partner.
Conversations
That Endure.
Every relationship begins with understanding — of priorities, values, and legacy.
If you’re seeking a partner who measures success in decades, not quarters, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
The Fiduciary Group, LLC (“TFG”) is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Page 1 of 2 ITEM 2: What investment services and advice can you provide me? CONVERSATION STARTERS: Ask Your Financial Professional… “Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?” “How will you choose investments to recommend to me?” “What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?” We offer investment advisory services to retail investors.
TFG primarily provides wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families, and investment management services for trusts, estates, pension, 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, nonprofit organizations, and other legal entities. Where requested, the principals of TFG accept appointments in their individual capacity as trustee, executor, and/or power of attorney
We offer a wide range of wealth management services to our clients who own separately managed accounts. We work with each client to establish an appropriate investment policy statement (IPS) based on the client’s objectives, unique circumstances, time horizon, and risk tolerance. We generally invest client assets in domestic and international stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and exchange traded funds (“ETFs”).
